1. Scope of Agreement

Welcome to 88webpages. By placing an order for any of our flat-rate website build packages ($88 Basic, $199 Pro, $349 Business Basic, or $599 Elite Business) or post-launch edit add-ons, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all website buildouts, hosting services, and technical support provided by 88webpages.

2. Website Delivery & Revision Policy

Every custom website buildout includes dedicated developer setup, mobile responsiveness, SSL security, and revision rounds prior to final deployment:

  • Basic ($88): Includes 1 custom designed page + 1 round of revisions.
  • Pro ($199): Includes up to 3 custom designed pages + 2 rounds of revisions.
  • Business Basic ($349): Includes up to 5 custom designed pages + 3 rounds of revisions.
  • Elite Business ($599): Includes up to 8 custom designed pages + unlimited revision rounds prior to launch.

Initial website design drafts are delivered within 7 business days (or within 48 hours if Expedited Delivery is selected).

3. Free Lifetime CDN Hosting & Fair Use Guidelines

All 88webpages websites include Free Lifetime Hosting on high-performance static Content Delivery Networks (Jamstack CDN architecture) with zero monthly server hosting fees ($0/mo).

🛡️ Fair Use Policy: Free Lifetime Hosting is intended for standard business, commercial, portfolio, and e-commerce websites receiving up to 50,000 unique visits per month. Sites requiring high-bandwidth media file distribution, video streaming hosting, or CPU-intensive web applications may require custom bandwidth configurations.

4. Content / Integration Support Plan Terms

Our Business Basic ($349) and Elite Business ($599) packages include an optional recurring Content / Integration Support Plan (+$10/mo or +$19/mo) starting 30 days after initial purchase:

  • $10/mo Plan (Business Basic): Includes 1 Content Edit / Month Included ($29/mo standalone value).
  • $19/mo Plan (Elite Business): Includes 3 Content Edits / Month Included + Priority 24-Hour Developer SLA ($87/mo standalone value).
  • No Lock-In Contracts: You may pause, downgrade, or cancel your Content / Integration Support Plan at any time with 1-click on your customer billing portal or by emailing support. Your site's Free Lifetime Hosting remains 100% active even if the support plan is canceled.

5. Client Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon completion of payment and website buildout, you retain **100% ownership** of all proprietary text, copy, custom domain rights, uploaded media assets, and business branding. 88webpages retains the right to display completed project screenshots in our agency portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

6. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All upfront design fees are processed securely via Stripe. Because custom website buildouts involve manual developer labor once project discovery commences:

  • Before Work Begins: Full 100% refund available within 24 hours of order placement if custom design work has not started.
  • During Revision Rounds: We work closely with you across all included revision rounds to ensure 100% satisfaction. If you decide not to launch after draft review, a 50% partial refund is issued to cover developer time.
  • Post-Launch: Once a site is published to your live domain, upfront build fees are non-refundable. Monthly support plans can be canceled anytime.
